The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) governs the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years and details what website operators and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online. COPPA assigns control and responsibility to the parents. The U.S. consumer protection agency, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), enforces COPPA.

 

ADabLDo.com does not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years.
